Meet the Administrator
Thank you for considering Lake City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our staff understands the difficult decision involved in choosing a nursing and rehabilitation center to assist you with your loved one. We are committed to making the transition to our center run smoothly.
Lake City provides a rehab gymnasium that includes a suite, with a full kitchen, to help residents regain the strength and confidence and become more independent when returning home. If your loved one has dementia or Alzheimer’s, we offer a special care unit to meet your needs.
In addition, our highly trained nurses will manage all of your daily skilled nursing needs which include wound care, tracheotomy care, intravenous therapy and much, much more.

Therapy Services
With physical, occupational, speech and outpatient services, you can trust that Lake City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has all the tools necessary to help our residents reach their maximum potential including our Activities of Daily Living (ADL) suite, equipped to duplicate home activities.
Special Care Unit
Our secured special care unit is designed for the clinically complex residents. We strive to provide a calm and quiet but visually stimulating atmosphere.
Respiratory Services
Full Time Respiratory Therapist on Staff. Treatment of: tracheostomy management and weaning, Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis, COPD, Pneumonia, Pulmonary Hypertension, Emphysema, CPAP/BiPAP therapy for sleep breathing disorders, and Airway management.
Skilled Nursing
As a Medicare Certified, Medicaid Approved skilled nursing center, Lake City offers 24-hour nursing care provided by licensed, certified, and long-tenured staff.
